We are seeking a skilled professional to manage orders, process data accurately, and deliver exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Processing: Enter, update, and verify orders with high accuracy.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support via multiple channels.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, update inventory, and synchronize data across platforms.
- Returns & Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into our system.
- Account Monitoring: Track performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency.
Essential Experience: E-commerce order processing or similar fields.
Fundamental Skills: Strong proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and high accuracy, Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
Precise Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms is an asset.
Core Competencies: Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment, Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies effectively.
