Job Title

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support our organization.

This role requires exceptional English skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and being self-motivated to improve processes within a dynamic team environment.

  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice and payment processing, GL coding, vendor maintenance, and general record-keeping.
  • Build strong relationships across departments by resolving billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Process corporate credit cards according to internal policies and controls.
  • Assist with month, quarter-end, and annual close activities, as well as preparing additional reports for senior management.
  • Review and audit credit card statements to ensure accuracy and correctness.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (a plus).
  • At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with QuickBooks expertise.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently, and organize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides Gmail).

This is a remote opportunity that requires:

  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
  • A computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  • Noise Cancelling Headset.
  • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI).
