Disaster Relief Call Center Professional

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to work in a disaster relief call center environment.
This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis. Working hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Candidates should have prior experience in customer service or a related field, as well as proficiency in computer software applications.
