Disaster Relief Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Disaster Relief Support Specialists. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers affected by natural disasters.

About the Role:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
