Remote Disaster Relief Call Center Job

This position involves working on a temporary, as-needed basis to support disaster relief efforts.

Responsibilities will include assisting customers with service inquiries and escalating customer dissatisfaction when necessary.

Shifts will be 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and agents must be available to work during these hours.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to type quickly and accurately
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems

Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
