Disaster Relief Position for a Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to work on a temporary, remote basis in response to disaster relief efforts.

This position will require agents to assist customers with service inquiries, learn common requests and solutions, improve the customer's experience, utilize our service techniques and systems, and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.

  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Utilize strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our service techniques and systems
  • Identify and address opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction and service delivery

The ideal candidates for this position possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They must be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), and basic understanding of Windows operating systems. Additionally, they should be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Compensation and benefits packages are designed to be competitive and to grow with you over time. This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
