Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with instructors to guarantee seamless academic support
  • Monitor student progress to identify areas for improvement
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to students and their families
  • Operate efficiently in a virtual environment
  • Maintain high standards for people, financial, and academic operations
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
  • Meet operational excellence standards
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Operations, including phone management, daily data entry, and schedule creation
  • Manage class schedules to meet efficiency and usage targets
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions
  • Monitor student academic progress
  • Guarantee flawless execution of programs and initiatives
  • Manage time in accordance with company requirements
  • Conduct conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments
  • Other responsibilities as required by the business
