Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service. This role is fully remote and requires excellent English communication skills.

  • The Educational Support Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our organization by ensuring seamless coordination between instructors, students, and staff.
  • Actively support Regional Operations by performing Payroll functions and other related tasks.
  • Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Operate seamlessly in a virtual environment, leveraging technology to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities

The following are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions, ensuring a positive and productive experience for students.
  • Monitor all students' academic progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives by maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in handling payroll through ADP payroll provider preferred.
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month.
  • Effective communications both in virtual environments, leveraging technology to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficient in using all communication media, including phone, video, and email.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Works Well With Others.

  • Able to acquire new skills as required.

  • Ability to manage remote teachers.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
