Key qualifications

Duties and responsibilities

  • Literature review: Ensure the manuscript incorporates and cites up-to-date research in the subject area.
  • Analyse results and conclusions: Evaluate whether the results are presented clearly and appropriately, and whether the conclusions are supported by the data.
  • Provide constructive feedback: Suggest improvements or highlight any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
  • Recommend publication: Based on your evaluation, the editor will decide whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.
