Financial Transaction Manager

The primary goal of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to efficiently manage and process financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices. This involves a thorough review of all incoming bills, verification of payment terms, and maintenance of accurate and complete records.
Responsibilities- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with established payment terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information, including contact details and payment history.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment or billing.
- Perform regular reconciliations of payable accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounts payable reports, providing critical insights into company spending and cash flow.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or equivalent role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with vendors, colleagues, and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other accounting software.
