Job Title: Senior Crisis Helpline Responder
A global Health & Wellness community seeks skilled professionals to provide mental health support to customers and help expand its global reach. As a Senior Crisis Helpline Responder, you will play a vital role in ensuring hotlines and helplines are staffed during surges and provide call, text, and chat support when needed.
Responsibilities- Ensure that high standards of effectiveness are maintained in caller interactions, using established scripts and best practices for all scenarios.
- Maintain organized communication channels with stakeholders, engaging effectively and staying up-to-date on client information.
- Collaborate with the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs.
- Provide empathetic and proactive support to clients in need.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as a helpline responder.
- Completed training in SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) or its equivalent.
- Certified in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
- Masters in Psychology preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Reliable and professional at all times.
- Open to feedback and willing to improve and develop.
