Mental Health Journey Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting patients as they navigate their mental health journey. You will be responsible for verifying insurance benefits to ensure patients have accurate and clear information about their coverage.

Key Responsibilities- Verify insurance benefits for patients to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Run prescription monitoring program reports to support safe and responsible prescribing practices
- Communicate with patients to provide them with accurate and current information regarding their coverage
- Enter client personal health information and other clinical data
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to easily pick up on unfamiliar technologies
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients needing mental health care
- High level of knowledge in health insurance
