Job Title

Our team is seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our efforts in providing mental health support to individuals worldwide.

The Role

This role involves providing timely and effective response to calls, texts, and chats while prioritizing empathy and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely response to calls, texts, and chats.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Utilize systems to track client information and facilitate smooth care coordination.
  • Conduct regular triage and check-ins for patients.
  • Work closely with the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience working in mental health support.
  • Training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A willingness to learn and improve continuously.

This is a competitive payment structure on an on-shift basis.
