Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in developing digital mental health content, supporting product development, and working with businesses to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

This position involves creating psychological exercises, digital courses, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development. You will also develop engaging written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.

In addition, you will help refine psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation. You will contribute to product development, working with AI and digital mental health tools, and stay updated on mental well-being trends and research to improve our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development.
  • Develop engaging written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.

  • Contribute to product development, working with AI and digital mental health tools.
  • Stay updated on mental well-being trends and research to improve our products.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working with corporate clients and explaining mental health concepts in a practical way.
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science is essential.
  • Interest in AI-driven product development and digital mental health solutions is necessary.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, creative environment.
