We are seeking a seasoned Automation Developer to join our team, focused on delivering cutting-edge automation solutions that drive real transformation in HR processes.

As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and refining complex automations using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio). You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers maximum impact and contributes to the development of reusable components and best practices for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.

  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.

  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).

  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems.

  • Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences.

  • Knowledge of HR operations and processes.
