Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our digital projects meet the highest quality standards. This role will act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

About the Role
  • Review and test completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
  • Log and track bugs in project management tools, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
  • Identify not only task-specific defects but also related side issues that could impact project quality.
  • Ensure issues are addressed before delivery to the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in manual QA, ideally within a digital agency or software development environment.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, such as Trello or Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.
  • Proactive in identifying issues before they are raised by the client.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
