Transaction Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of acquisitions and dispositions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time contract role (25 hours/week) that requires work during 12-5pm EST, Monday-Friday. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring acquisitions are processed in a timely manner to get properties on market quickly
  • Acting as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process
  • Reviewing and entering contracts/settlement statements and ensuring they are entered into our CRM properly
  • Managing relationships with title companies and ensuring all settlements are processed timely
  • Assisting with property marketing, including ordering professional pictures and generating online listings
  • Partnering with the construction department to ensure all projects are completed prior to listing
  • Assisting the company's expansion into new geographic markets

About You

  • You have a High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • You have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
