Brand Designer RoleWe are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field and at least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding. Prior internship experience in a similar role is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create comprehensive brand guidelines for consistency across various platforms and materials.

  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with market trends and understand the target audience for effective branding strategies.

  • Work alongside marketing, advertising, and product development teams to align branding across all materials and channels.

  • Create compelling visual designs for advertisements, packaging, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.

  • Stay updated with the latest branding trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, Informational Design, or a related field from reputable institutions or equivalent experience.

  • Professional Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong skills in graphic design and branding. Prior internship experience in a similar role is a plus.

  • Key Skills:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Design Softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

    • Skilled in using Canva and other design tools.

    • Knowledge of Brand Identity and Graphic Design principles.

  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. Strong skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition are essential.

  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand design requirements.

  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with current trends in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and e-commerce brand design.

  • Detail-oriented: Attentive to detail to ensure high-quality design output.
