Graphic Design Specialist

This is a remote position with an opportunity to shape the creative direction of our company.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates work for various industries and clients.
  • Proven ability to create designs that effectively communicate messages and drive engagement, with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals).
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret client briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing) and traditional media (print, packaging, promotional materials).
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels including paid ads, social media platforms, and eCommerce sites.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices.
