Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our clients' brand messages.

Your work will involve creating engaging visual assets including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and web visuals. You will work across multiple client accounts, each with unique brand guidelines, audiences, and project goals.

  • Create visually appealing assets that capture the essence of our clients' brands
  • Work collaboratively with account managers to interpret creative briefs, deliver revisions, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Produce high-quality work within quick turnaround times, aligned with industry standards for speed and precision
  • Ensure all deliverables maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective visual content strategies to engage target audiences
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive branding solutions
  • Manage design files and documentation in an organized, efficient manner using cloud tools and project management platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or visual content specialist with a strong, diverse portfolio of real-world design work
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and optionally Figma
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in American English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured workflow, with regular input from team leads or account managers
  • Fast learner who can adapt to client industries and brand styles quickly
Nice To Have (But Not Required)
  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with basic UI design or website asset creation
  • Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp for task management
