  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Report performance KPIs for the function.
  • Ensure all weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports are made available on time.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers within the assigned portfolio, peer groups and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Corporate sustainability goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in telecom operational support and service delivery roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of telecommunication technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach.
