Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their advisors.

Your primary focus will be on answering incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans, responding timely and accurately to general and technical inquiries, and managing daily communications with internal and external parties.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to chart your own path and grow your career while helping more customers achieve financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding issues with internal functional areas as well as with external clients.
  • Typically handle issues related to contributions, loans, distributions, enrollment, payroll support, compliance, audit, reporting and general inquiries.
  • Educate clients on plan provisions and functionality of plan sponsor website and EIVR.
  • Promptly handle escalated issues.
