Drive sales efficiency by optimizing systems, processes, and technology to fuel revenue growth.
About the Role:- Develop and execute advanced outbound strategies, including campaign optimization, lead enrichment, and compliance.
- Oversee the sales, marketing, and customer success tech stack to ensure seamless data flow, accurate reporting, and process consistency.
- Identify and implement process automations and best practices to enhance efficiency and conversion rates across the sales funnel.
- Analyze complex datasets, deliver actionable insights, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a B2B enterprise sales environment.
- Proven experience supporting or selling to senior leaders (VP and above) in organizations using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Smartlead, ZeroBounce, GlockApps, HeyReach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, SOC 2) in outbound sales contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience building end-to-end campaign reporting and attribution models across sales and marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
