About the Role

This role involves leading North American talent attraction functions and team; aligning your schedule to the USA/Canada workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Combine creativity from business-to-consumer marketing with high-volume talent acquisition processes.
  • Attract exceptional talent by managing a team that acts as an internal recruitment advertising agency.
  • BUILD AND EXECUTE TALENT ATTRACTION STRATEGIES, MANAGE SOURCING BUDGETS, AND WORK CLOSELY WITH VENDOR PARTNERS.
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing, encouraging and motivating team members to resolve issues and achieve goals.
A Typical Day
  • Champion initiatives with the talent acquisition team to meet associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow.
  • Create comprehensive sourcing plans, drive sourcing efforts, and maximize return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, partner with procurement teams, and project manage collateral creation.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and work onsite at least once a month.
