Talent Attraction Specialist

This role is designed to drive the attraction of top talent in North America, while working closely with our teams across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US/Canada talent market and will be able to leverage innovative sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment marketing plans that optimize budget spend and maximize applicant flow.
- Develop and manage a results-driven approach to talent attraction, using data insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives and align them with overall business goals.
- Manage the creation of high-quality collateral materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in all reporting and accounting practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
