We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and contract management activities for Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), Engineering services, Utilities, and Sustainability initiative. This role is will be focused in driving cost efficiency, supplier performance, and sustainable sourcing practices aligned with our company's long-term goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum
    7+ years
    of relevant procurement experience, with at least 3 years in CAPEX and procurement within FMCG or any Shared Service Industry.
  • Experience with supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing process including supplier selection, management, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for CAPEX projects, engineering services, and utilities contracts.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure procurement plans align with technical specifications, project timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Oversee procurement activities for sustainability-related projects, ensuring compliance with goals and supplier sustainability standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing principles.
