Technical Documentation Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Content Developer to create and organize helpful articles and guides for our customers and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, be able to explain complex information in simple ways, and work well with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear technical documents, including software guides, user manuals, how-to articles, and update notes
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to understand new features and translate technical language into simple English
- Design helpful images, such as diagrams, screenshots, and flowcharts, to support documentation
- Organize documents for easy access and test instructions to ensure accuracy
- Update old documents to keep them current and useful
- Work with support teams to identify documentation needs and develop standard formats and templates
- Pursue new projects and suggest improvements to our documentation process
Requirements:
- Tier III employee or higher
- Meet or exceed quality standards
- No current disciplinary warnings
- Good attendance record
- Ability to work from any location
- Strong writing skills, including experience writing different types of technical documents
- Comfortable asking engineers questions to gather information
- Familiarity with documentation software, such as Confluence, Zendesk Guide, or similar
- Excellent research skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Good organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well with others
