Job Opportunity

This role is for a skilled Documentation Specialist who will create and maintain various content, including user manuals, instruction guides, and product information. The ideal candidate will have expertise in documentation standards, strong writing skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive documentation, such as user manuals, instruction guides, and product information, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product and documentation requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement documentation systems using standard tools, ensuring high service levels and effective audience administration.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences, facilitating better comprehension and usability.
  • Review, proofread, and edit content produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven documentation experience, specifically in creating service, product, and client-facing documentation.
  • Global perspective with experience working in a global or international environment, adapting content for diverse audiences across cultures and regions.
  • Self-motivation, taking initiative, and owning projects with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities and demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in documentation, particularly in a service-oriented or technology-driven environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant documentation.
