Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

The position of a Senior Human Resources Manager involves overseeing all aspects of human resources within an organization. This entails managing the recruitment process, employee onboarding, payroll and benefits, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Human Resource Operations
  • Implement day-to-day HR functions, including:
  • Full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and final hiring decisions.
  • Smooth onboarding of employees to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
  • Performance management systems.
  • Address employee relations concerns to maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, leave management, and other employee programs.
    • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR department, facilitating communication and collaboration between other teams, departments, and external stakeholders.
      • Team Leadership
      • Manage daily HR operations and provide guidance to the HR team, including supervising direct reports and supporting their professional development.
      • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence within the HR function.
      • Develop and enhance HR policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
        • Compliance
        • Ensure HR processes adhere to labor laws.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, preferably in a retail industry setting.
