Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of BIM Modeller. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute your expertise in building information modeling.


This position involves developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for building services. You will create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets, collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements, implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery, perform clash detection and construction coordination, prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required, and provide BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in Revit drafting/modeling.
  • You possess proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • You have strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • You are familiar with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • You have intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • You possess basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • You have excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models.
  • You are familiar with Rhino3D.
  • You have experience using Revit, BIM360.
  • You have experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
  • You have experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries.
