Business Intelligence Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing data models, building data transformations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and creating dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI and SSRS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a data model to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Build data transformations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to be used during ETL processes.
  • Document solutions such as data models, configurations, and setup.
  • Work with data warehouses and develop reporting using SSIS and SSRS.
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making.
  • Analyze the current ETL process, define, and design new systems.
  • Collaborate with users and team members for suggestions and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
  • Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis.
  • Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources via APIs and CSV/flat file downloads.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
