Job Description

This is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring an individual to build and refine portfolio-level financial models. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on debt and tax-equity investor reporting requirements, as well as managing the client's operating portfolio of photovoltaic and battery storage assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in working with large datasets. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is also required. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Produce project level budget to actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Analyze and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets, leading to actionable recommendations that drive improved results.
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting packages and deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with renewables, energy, or infrastructure is a plus but not required.
