Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Comprehensive Sales Strategy Lead to join our team at "RecruiterPH." As a key member of our sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives. This includes leading, coaching, and mentoring the sales team, setting clear sales targets, quotas, and goals, and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
The Comprehensive Sales Strategy Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support. They will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth. In addition, the Comprehensive Sales Strategy Lead will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in motor insurance sales. They should also have experience handling and leading a sales team of at least 5 members and a proven track record of hitting sales targets. Furthermore, the candidate should have a strong understanding of underwriting and pricing motor risks, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
