Job Title:

Digital Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Expert to lead our technical team in delivering exceptional digital experiences for vulnerable children.

  • As the technical owner and subject matter expert, you will be responsible for Microsoft 365 platforms, focusing on performance, integration, and user experience.
  • You will lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of services across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and related compliance/security tools.
  • Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and documentation to support platform standardization and governance in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
  • Partner with Application Support and TBM teams to drive adoption, training, and effective use of productivity tools.
  • Support service integration across M365, Box, and other platforms within the digital workplace ecosystem.
  • Provide third-level support and act as escalation point for complex issues and service interruptions.
  • Work collaboratively within Agile teams, embracing iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning.
  • Provide mentoring to junior engineers and regional IT staff, ensuring consistent capabilities across the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Intune, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Strong scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Agile foundation knowledge and ability to lead and contribute within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Experience supporting regional or field-based teams with varied connectivity requirements.
