Key Role: Amazon Account Manager
This role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts, with a focus on customer service.
Your responsibilities will include conducting daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance, responding to customer inquiries with clear communication, handling product replacements and refunds, analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level, and resolving stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.

- Handle product replacements refunds and dispute negative feedback.
- Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement solutions.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate.
- Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.
Your Skillset:
To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis) and have a deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).

- 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
- Exceptional communication skills—you anticipate problems before they arise.
- Organized efficient, and results-driven.
