About Customer Support Agent Position

We are seeking a customer support agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.

  • Customer Support Agent Responsibilities

The customer support agent will respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. They will also handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns. Additionally, they will use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for the position:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
