Warranty Coordinator

This is a challenging and rewarding role in which you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

As Warranty Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with warranty-related issues. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers, resolving their issues efficiently and professionally, and providing timely updates on the status of their claims.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mechanical trade qualification or similar
