About the Role

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, policy, or process management
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and analytical decision-making
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal presentations
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and drive results
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced Trust and Safety environments
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, incident management, content moderation
