Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating projects, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project scope: Analyse and interpret project requirements to understand the scope of each project.
  • Specifying systems and quantifying materials: Identify the most suitable system for each project and calculate the precise quantities of materials required.
  • Preparing quotations: Utilise CRM systems to create detailed and itemised quotations, reflecting the specified system and quantified materials.
  • Assigning salespersons: Collaborate with the sales team and assign the appropriate salesperson to follow up with customers regarding the quotation and address any further enquiries.
  • Presenting proposals: Compile the proposal with all necessary technical information and specifications, presenting it to the customer in a professional and clear manner.
  • Maintaining accuracy: Strive for precision in estimating required quantities and system specifications, minimizing errors in the estimation process.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical skills to ensure accurate assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in utilising CRM systems and other software for quotation preparation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
