Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage new orders for business customers across various services.

The successful candidate will take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the customer experience.

  1. Manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders.
  2. Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  3. Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the delivery life cycle.
  4. Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
  • Proficient in managing third-party resources.
