We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of Zoho for our jewelry business. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM, Inventory, and Books.

The successful applicant will be responsible for migrating company data and processes to Zoho, ensuring seamless integration with QuickBooks, and maintaining and optimizing the system for efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance business workflow and automation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
