Marketing Strategy Supervisor

Drive Talent Attraction with Vision and Innovation

  • Spearhead talent attraction initiatives, maintaining synergy with the talent acquisition team to anticipate associate hiring needs and monitor applicant flow.
  • Develop a comprehensive sourcing plan to optimize budget allocation and maximize candidate influx, aligning with client requirements.
  • Utilize data insights to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships for job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, job fair organizers, university and workforce partnerships, diversity hiring partners, and staffing agencies.
  • Collaborate with procure-to-pay teams, accounting, and finance for accurate departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.
  • Project manage collateral creation by setting deadlines, approving creative concepts, and ensuring vendors meet timely delivery expectations.
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff, contributing to the team's success while personally achieving results.
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction strategies.
  • Ability to lead a remote, results-driven team, working onsite at least once a month.
  • Proven proactive problem-solving and data-driven critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and utilizing advanced Excel skills.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
