
Marketing Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree, preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field.
- With 3-5 years of actual work experience in marketing within a financial institution or related field, at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in visual presentation tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Marketing Strategies
- Manage the establishment of the corporate brand by developing communication strategies tailored to target customers, considering their needs, competitive pressures, available communication channels, and key messages.
- Oversee the design of the company logo, product visuals, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and recommend sales and marketing programs to promote a strong corporate image, position bank products and services effectively, and enhance brand activation, customer acquisition, and retention.
B. Marketing Channel Management
- Review advertising content for various marketing channels, creating graphic, visual, and audio-visual materials for digital and offline marketing.
- Coordinate with Branch Lite Units on marketing events and activities, providing necessary marketing materials like flyers and tarpaulins.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Report to the Management Committee on the effectiveness of each marketing channel, including prospects and leads generated, and recommend improvements.
- Research new trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing channels to expand market reach.
C. Customer Service
- Manage customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries, providing immediate responses.
- Prepare incident reports for customer complaints and forward them to the relevant department for action.
- Analyze the quality of customer service and propose initiatives for improvement.
- Facilitate text blasts to clients with approved loans.
- Review and update customer service policies and procedures.
D. Business Process Improvements and Documentation
- Evaluate current workflows through business efficiency studies.
- Review existing policies and procedures for potential improvements.
- Prepare multi-purpose loan presentations for review before presenting to the Management Committee.
E. Corporate Planning and Monitoring
- Participate in strategic and operational planning activities.
- Prepare and present reports on departmental plans and performance assessments.
