Network Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing wired and wireless network solutions, as well as assessing and improving current network infrastructure.

This role involves collaborating with the Project Management Office and/or Lead Engineer to ensure solutions meet design, statement of work, and scheduling milestones.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, designing, and executing wired and wireless network solutions
  • Assessing and improving current network infrastructure individually and as a Team
  • Collaborating with the Project Management Office and/or Lead Engineer to deliver solutions according to design, statement of work, and scheduling milestones
  • Configuring, testing, and executing network cutover to ensure delivered solutions are scalable, secure, redundant, and dependable
  • Addressing project-related incidents according to ticket SLA and following Incident and Change Management protocols
  • Managing project plans, prioritizing tasks, handling workload to meet established standards and deadlines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in network engineering with at least 5+ years of experience
  • Current certifications in Fortinet Firewall/SD-WAN (FCSS), FCP (Switching and Wireless), and/or Aruba Switching/Wireless Stack (ACSA, ACMP) or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 other vendor network related industry certifications
  • Strong knowledge and industry experience across a range of networking technologies including vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco/Meraki, HP-Aruba, and Palo Alto
  • Industry experience working within the ITIL framework (ITIL certifications highly regarded)
