If you thrive in a "work hard, play hard" environment and seek guidance, training, and experience to build a lucrative career, we welcome you to join us Position OverviewAs a member of the Network Deployment team, you will be responsible for implementing network infrastructure for both new and existing customers. You will utilize our primary networking solutions, including Fortinet firewalls, Cisco, Meraki, Extreme switching, and Ruckus wireless, to optimize and secure customer environments.

Your duties will include providing operational support within the Engineering department, evaluating products, upgrading implementations, expanding networks, monitoring, and documentation. You will also contribute to process improvements while following established standards. ResponsibilitiesHandle diverse networking environments across various business clients.

Analyze and document unfamiliar network environments. Coordinate with relevant teams for equipment installation, service testing, and problem resolution. Support the development of network standards and processes.

Deploy and activate network solutions and internet circuits. Troubleshoot networking incidents and escalate issues when necessary. Apply knowledge of network design and best practices.

Manage client and senior engineer expectations throughout implementation. Drive project deployments to successful completion. Identify additional service opportunities during project initiation.

Present project plans during technical kick-offs. Create Technical Implementation Plans highlighting outage windows and risks. Complete project work within scheduled maintenance windows.

Transition completed projects to support with proper documentation. Escalate issues to senior engineers as needed. Communicate project details and testing procedures with customers.

Resolve client incidents with appropriate urgency. Manage time effectively to accomplish large projects. QualificationsBachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.Fortinet NSE4 or higher certification preferred.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player.1-3 years of networking and firewall experience. Proficiency with IPV4, VPN, TCP/IP, and Next Generation Firewalls.

Experience with Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco, Ruckus, and Extreme products. Experience with Visio is required. Knowledge of monitoring tools like Nable and SolarWinds is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects. Experience troubleshooting network configurations and hardware issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
