Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to support the effective execution of project tasks by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The Project Coordinator will assist in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to ensure progress remains on track.

This is a nationwide project, and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day coordination of project activities and deliverables.
  • Track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines.
  • Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans, timelines, and task trackers.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.
  • Monitor workstream progress and flag risks or potential delays.
  • Help track contract or grant compliance and maintain related documentation.
  • Organize and manage shared folders and files to ensure proper version control.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
