Highly Skilled Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

This role requires someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, emails, meetings, tasks, travel, and communications.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent business operations skills, including project tracking, client coordination, and capacity planning. They will assist with process improvement and workflow optimisation, using Office 365, Teams, VOIP, and project software to streamline processes.

A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required for this role, as the successful candidate will handle sensitive information on behalf of the team and clients.

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar roles. The ideal candidate will be confident, friendly, and emotionally intelligent, with excellent feedback and learning skills under pressure.
