We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and assisting user inquiries on all supported platforms, including Discord, Email, Zendesk, and Reddit. They will also serve as an escalation point for high-touch escalations and platform incidents, working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, and possess a strong desire to learn and grow with the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Motivated by delivering seamless support experiences for our global community.
  • Curious, proactive, and self-motivated, with a passion for emerging technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in incident management and/or technical support.
  • Experience with end-to-end platform incident management using Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to operate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
