Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for professionals to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
This role is part of our learning and development program, designed to empower and equip individuals with the skills needed to succeed in the global market.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various channels.
- Create and manage social media content using Canva templates, schedule posts on HubSpot, and conduct monthly reporting to provide insights for optimization.
- Implement a digital marketing content strategy, optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability and conversion rates, and update website copy for SEO purposes.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials, assist in developing blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients.
Key Requirements:
- Marketing degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience.
- Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software.
- Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva.
