Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Client Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner to the business, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth and improvement.

  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into impactful deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting.
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.
  • Expert-level SQL, with proven experience extracting and transforming large datasets.
  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modelling.
  • Skilled in Tableau or similar BI tools, with the ability to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or recovery analytics.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments.
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modelling, or experimental design (A/B testing).

Key Qualifications
